Basic parameters: The active component of fibrinolytic enzyme is a fibrinolytic enzyme. It was isolated and purified from the venom of Agkistrodon Wusuli in Changbai Mountain, China. Its molecular weight is about 29 KD.
Biological Activity: Plasminogen and fibrin are more easily removed from the blood circulation by splitting fibrinogen into small soluble fragments. Therefore, fibrinolytic enzymes have the ability to dissolve fibrin in blood clots.
Direction of application: cerebral infarction, hypercoagulability, thromboangiitis
