BASIC PARAMETERS: The active ingredient of Cobb Peptide is a neurotoxic protein. It was isolated and purified from the venom of Cobra Naja Naja Sinensis. Its molecular weight is about 7KD.
Bioactivity: Short-chain a-neurotoxin and nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAchR) have high affinity, which can block the transmission of nerve impulse signals between neuromuscular junctions. It increases enkephalin content by affecting the new metabolism of nicotinic acetylcholine in the brain to produce analgesic effects. Comparing with other analgesics, Cobopeptide has the advantage of not producing drug addiction and dependence.
Direction of application: Chronic pain, such as chronic arthritis, sciatica, nervous headache, advanced cancer pain.
