This product is obtained from 5 snake species, namely chinese cobra (Naja atra), Gloydius brevicaudus, Ptyas mucosus, Deinagkistrodon acutus, stink rat snake (Elaphe carinata). The product is a mixture of 5 specie of snake gallbladders, according to special ratio determined by our studies, to achieve better effects. All snakes are in house breeding, raised in certified snake farms in Hunan province.
Snake gallbladder is a traditional Chinese medicine which has been used for arthritis treatment, viral infection and detoxification, more than two thousand years. According to Chinese traditional medicine, it has the functions of clearing “heat” and detoxifying, eliminating phlegm, stopping spasm, trachea and lung inflammation and improving eyesight. The main active component of snake gallbladder is taurocholate acid.
