NADPH is physiological activator in cells. It comes from pentose shunt(70%). As hydrogen donor, NADPH can take part in many metabolic reactions. Additionally, as coenzyme of GSH reductase, NADPH plays an important role in maintaining the amount of reductive GSH. At present, NADPH has been used in clinical test, fine chemical engineering, life science research, etc..
